If this is the case, the data subject has the right to be informed of the appropriate safeguards taken during the transfer. Every employee of Playia Villas must ensure immediate compliance with the erasure request. When the data controller has made public the personal data and is obliged in accordance with paragraph 1 of article 17 to delete the personal data, the data controller, taking into account the available technology and implementation costs, takes reasonable measures, including technical measures, to inform the controllers processing the personal data, that the data subject has requested from those controllers the deletion of any links to that data or copies or reproductions of said personal data, to the extent that the processing is not necessary.
